Return Policy

We guarantee our products 100% for quality and your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your item when you receive it, return it in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund.

If any part of your item fails due to a quality issue, we will repair or replace it free of charge. We stand behind our products, but please appreciate that we cannot protect them against normal wear and tear.

Shipping Policy & Lead Times

In stock items are shipped within 2 business days of receipt of order. Custom orders usually ship within two weeks. We use USPS Priority Mail for all orders shipped to US addresses and charge a flat rate for this service. The rate is quoted to you before you finalize your order.

International orders: please email us for shipping charges. Please note that once your package reaches its destination, it is turned over to the local Postal Service and held until it clears customs. It may be subject to additional duties and/or taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please understand that orange moon creations can not take any responsibility for such duties and/or taxes.

Color and Variations

Our products are hand made. Therefore, slight variations in color, size and texture are to be expected. These only enhance the beauty of the item.

The colors and tones that you see in the photographs on our website may vary slightly from the physical item depending on the ambient light in your room, the color and contrast settings of your monitor, and even the tilt of your monitor. Every effort has been made to ensure that our photographs are color balanced correctly and show items as they appear in person. As stated above in our Return Policy, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item.

Sales Tax

We must add sales tax to orders where the shipping or billing address is in Massachusetts.
